These terms apply to all purchases made on our website and may be updated from time to time; the latest version controls.
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Headings are for convenience only.
You represent that you are of legal age and legally permitted to purchase the items you order. Certain products (e.g., TASER devices, stun guns, pepper spray) are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for checking and obeying all applicable laws where you live and where the product will be used.
We may require identity or age verification and reserve the right to cancel orders that fail verification or appear non-compliant.
All orders are offers to buy and subject to our acceptance. We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. We may correct pricing/description errors and cancel orders that rely on such errors. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice until we accept your order.
We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and verify information before acceptance. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as offered at checkout. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your method for the full order total, including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees. Pre-authorization holds may apply.
Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may be considered a breach. We reserve the right to suspend fulfillment pending investigation. For billing questions, reach out to our team.
We ship using the methods shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates; delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supply constraints.
Products may be subject to export controls or air transport restrictions (e.g., lithium batteries in drones). You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for complying with any import/export rules applicable to your order.
Most new, unopened items may be returned within the timeframe stated in our Shipping & Returns policy with proof of purchase and an RMA. Items must be in original condition with all accessories.
Custom products (e.g., photo ID cards) and items marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law. Please review processes and timelines before sending any item back.
Except as expressly stated, products are provided "as is" where permitted by law. Some items are covered by manufacturer warranties; in those cases, your remedy is under the manufacturer's terms. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of products or violation of these terms or applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your purchase, possession, and use of products, including local restrictions on defensive sprays and electroshock devices, and aviation/remote pilot rules for drones. We do not ship to prohibited jurisdictions.
Where professional or commercial use is intended (e.g., FAA Part 107 for drones), you are responsible for obtaining all required authorizations, registrations, and licenses.
These terms and any disputes related to your purchase will be governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us in writing. If unresolved, disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless an alternative dispute resolution process is mutually agreed.
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued purchases after changes become effective constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
