FAQ's
ACCOUNT:
  • How do I reset my password?
    • Click "forgot my password" on the sign in page.
  • How do I edit my account information?
    • We do not store information on our site.
  • How do I remove my account?
    • Email us at info@secureallsayork.com and request an account closure.

GENERAL:
  • Do you have a warranty?
    • All warranties are listed with each of the products that we sell.
  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    • Contracts are only required for Drone Services.
  • Do you have any physical locations?
    • At this time, we have no physical locations.

ORDERS:
  • What is your return policy?
    • We have a 15 day return policy as long as the item is unopened and in the same condition as you received it.  All custom orders have a no refund policy unless damaged on arrival.
  • What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
    • Please contact us immediately after receiving a damaged item.  Please contact the shipper if any item is lost or stolen.
  • How do I track my order?
    • We send you the tracking information after the item ships.
  • What is the processing time?
    • Our processing time is 4-7 days on general merchandise.  Custom Embroidered Patches are produced within 3 days of an order.  Custom ID Cards processing times vary based on quanity, design, and card type.

PAYMENT:
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    • We accept credit cards and PayPal payments only at this time.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    • We are working on gift cards as an option, but we currently do not have that as an option.
  • Can I make a purchase using financial platforms like Klarna or Afterpay?
    • At this time, we do not offer financial options unless you use PayPal and you are approved for that type of payment.
  • Do you offer Apple or Samsung Pay?
    • At this time, we do not offer Apple or Samsung Pay.

  • What products do you offer?
    • We offer a wide range of products in the security and personal safety lines.  All of our products are not listed on our site due to the vast number of products we deal in.  If you can not find what you're looking for, please do not hesitate contacting us for more information or quotes.
  • What services do you offer?
    • We offer Custom ID Cards, Custom Embroidered Patches, Drone Services, and Process Services.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
  • How long does shipping take?
    • We ship all items by ground shipping.  Please refer to the shipping partner for an estimated time.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • At this time, we do not offer international sales or shipping.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • We offer free shipping on any order over $100.00.
